1 Bedroom Villas
Each villa has a wrap-around verandah, living room, separate bedroom with ensuite bathroom, private whirlpool spa, equipped kitchen, maid service that includes our experienced housekeepers preparing an authentic Jamaican meal in your villa (guests purchase the food), iron and ironing board, DVD player and in-room safe. Villa kitchens are equipped with a four-burner stove with oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster oven, utensils, pots, dishes and cutlery.

There are 2 of these villas located behind the beachfront 1 bedroom villas and with a view of the gardens. The living room has glass sliding doors and windows with screens, double or queen Murphy pull-down bed, 32” television set and second bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 46” TV, ensuite bathroom with full bath and vessel basin with cabinetry. The Jacuzzi decking extends to the wrap around verandah. The villas are fully air conditioned with separate inverter or split system units in the living room and bedroom. Each villa accommodates 2- 4 persons including children.

1 Bedroom Villa Suites

There are 4 of these villas located in the center and towards the back of the property with a view of the gardens. They are quite versatile and can be rented as a 1 bedroom villa with the adjoining rooms locked off and rented as superior rooms. Two of the villas have a king size bed in the master bedroom while the other two have 2 double beds. The 1 bedroom villa suites have a staircase in the living room and there is no Murphy bed in these units. The living room has glass sliding doors and windows with screens, 32” television set and second bathroom with a shower. The Jacuzzi decking extends to the wrap around verandah. The villas are fully air conditioned with separate inverter or split system units in the living room and bedroom. Each villa accommodates 2 -4 persons including children.

1 Bedroom Beachfront Villas

There are two of these villas and they are the closest to the beach with a partial view of the sea. The living room has glass sliding doors and windows with screens, two bathrooms, master bathroom with full bath and new vessel basin with cabinetry, the second bathroom has a shower. The Jacuzzi decking extends to the wrap around verandah and there is a new sliding glass door entrance to this area. The bedroom has a king size bed and 55” TV, while the living room has a queen Murphy pull-down bed and 32” flat screen television set. The villas are fully air conditioned with separate inverter or split system units in the living room and bedroom. These villas accommodate 2-4 persons including children.

2 and 3 Bedroom Villas

These 4 villas are located behind the 1 bedroom villas, in the middle and towards the back of the property. All have a view of our lush gardens and are a very short walk to the beach. Each villa has a living room, master bedroom with 1 king or 2 double beds and 50” TV, second bedroom with 2 double beds and third bedroom with a queen bed. The living rooms each have 32” flat screen TV’s, while the second and third bedrooms also have a small fridge and 28” televisions. There are 3 or 4 bathrooms with shower or tub. The 2 bedroom villa accommodates up to 6 persons and the 3 bedroom villa sleeps up to 8 people, additional single beds are available. These villas are quite versatile as the second and third bedrooms can be locked off and the ground floor rented as a 1 bedroom villa with the adjoining rooms rented as superior rooms. The difference between these one bedroom villas and the others is the staircase in the living room and there is no Murphy bed in these units. Beachfront rooms
Our two beachfront rooms are located on the second floor, atop the beachfront 1 bedroom villas on the beachside of the hotel. The rooms have a view of the sea, sliding glass doors and windows with screens, balcony, soft furnishings in the theme colours, Posturepedic king size bed with king size pillows, 32” flat screen television, loveseat, bathroom with tub and rain shower head, ceiling fan, hair dryer, standing refrigerator, in-room safe, iron and ironing board. The rooms are fully air conditioned with an inverter or split system unit. These rooms accommodate 2 adults only.

Garden Rooms
There are 24 rooms on the landward side (across the street from the beach). The four buildings are three stories high with six rooms in each building. Each room has either one king size bed or two double size beds, bathroom with tub and shower, balcony or patio, easy chair with foot stool, refrigerator, 32” TV, in room safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The rooms are fully air conditioned with an inverter unit. They accommodate 1-3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children 11 years old and younger.

Superior Rooms
The 22 superior rooms are located atop the villas on the second and third floors on the beachside of the property. Superior rooms have a view of our lush tropical gardens and carry two double beds except for four rooms which have 1 queen size bed each (these rooms form the third bedroom of the 3 bedroom villas). All rooms have one bathroom with shower or tub, 28” television set, refrigerator, balcony, ceiling fan, easy chair, iron, ironing board, in-room safe and telephone. The rooms are fully air conditioned with an inverter or split system unit. Rooms accommodate 1-3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children 11 years old and younger.

The 22 superior rooms are located atop the villas on the second and third floors on the beachside of the property. Superior rooms have a view of our lush tropical gardens and carry two double beds except for four rooms which have 1 queen size bed each (these rooms form the third bedroom of the 3 bedroom villas). Superior Rooms
These 4 superior rooms form the third bedroom of the 3 bedroom villas and are smaller (325 sq. ft.) than the superior rooms with 2 double beds (375 sq. ft). The rooms are located on the second floor on the beachside of the property with a view of our lush tropical gardens. Each room has 1 queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, 28” television set, refrigerator, balcony, ceiling fan, easy chair, iron, ironing board, in-room safe and telephone. All rooms are fully air conditioned with an inverter or split system unit. Rooms accommodate 1 or 2 adults.
